Description
• Chicken Biryani Rice – Basmati rice is cooked with chicken and a whole lot of spices to bring out aromatic flavours.
• Roast Chicken Pieces – Well seasoned and perfectly roasted chicken pieces
• Chicken Korma Gravy – A thick Chicken gravy made of a yoghurt base.
• Boiled & Fried Egg – Boiled and fried eggs (Medium pack will have 6 eggs and Large will have 8 eggs)
• Cashew Nut & Green Pea Curry – A spiced and creamy cashew and green pea curry add a Lankan twist to accompany the Biryani.
• Malay Pickle – An explosion of flavours as it varies from sweet to sour to spicy. Made of carrots, shallots, pineapples, dates and peppers
• Cucumber Raita – Made by mixing chopped cucumber, green chillies, onion, and tomato in curd.
• Watalappam – A delicious, creamy coconut custard sweetened with traditional “Kitul Jaggery,” and with warming spices like cardamom and nutmeg.
