• Lemon grass, dry chilli & coconut rice: Rice cooked with lemongrass to give an aromatic essence mixed with dry chilli and shredded coconut
• Sea Crab Curry – Sea Crab Curry is a tasty crab dish cooked in coconut milk with drumstick leaves to balance the acidity of the meal.
• Fish Mustard Curry – Fish Mustard Curry is deep fried fish cooked in coconut milk with a sweet mustard paste.
• Fried potatoes with kathurumurunga, onion and Maldivian Fish – Fried potatoes stir fried with kathurumurunga leaves, onions and maldivian fish.
• Brinjal Moju with Dry Sprats: Fried brinjal, fried dry sprats, shallots and chilli mixed and picked with vinegar.
• Cashew Nuts and thibbatu tempered curry: Thibbatu (or wild eggplant) tempered and cooked as a curry mixed with cashew nuts.

• Chocolate Biscuit Pudding – Layers of biscuit, and layers of chocolate custard covered in cashews. Not something that you can say no to.
